The Challenge:
We began our relationship through a recommendation made by a member of the Shift Community with Paul while he was a founder of London real estate firm Hedge RE. After preparing for B Corp submission, Hedge RE was acquired by another real estate firm, Kontor, so we supported the transition of the outlined B Corp journey to a new company, bringing in stakeholders from Kontor to assist on the journey.
The Solution:
Through weekly engagement and numerous Culture Shift workshops, we have supported not only the journey to B Corp submission and certification, but a transition of company culture to better understand and report on their impact. This meant travelling to London from time to time to deliver in-person workshops, in conjunction with virtual support meetings. It has been an exciting experience supporting a young, progressive, and fast moving business such as Kontor.
