The Challenge:

Gibsons Games were a bit of a dream client for us. A brand who we were aware of and had used during the puzzle frenzies of the COVID-19 pandemic. We had our sights set on B Corp certification to solidify the much-loved brand's values of inclusive design and sustainability. We worked with a marketing lead for the majority of the journey who acted as the internal B Corp lead for the project.

The Solution:

We moved through the three-step Shift B Corp methodology in good time while delivering weekly impact support through the Shift Subscription (weekly) support model. A team of six worked through the Shift Implementation platform over a period of 6 months and gathered all the evidence required for submission within the platform. We have since extended our support to deliver an Impact Mapping workshop which yielded a materiality matrix (in the design of a puzzle!) and writing support for Gibsons' first impact report.
