The Challenge:
Hunter Luxury aimed to strengthen its internal capability to measure and report Scope 1–3 greenhouse gas emissions across global operations. To support ESG ambitions and ensure consistent, year-on-year carbon reporting, the team needed a clear baseline, reliable data processes, and internal alignment. Identifying any gaps in data collection and embedding robust systems were key to maintaining transparency and accuracy as expectations around sustainability reporting continue to grow.
The Solution:
Future Shift partnered closely with ESG Lead Stephen to support Hunter Luxury in building robust internal capabilities for carbon reporting. We delivered a full Scope 1–3 baseline emissions report, working across departments to gather accurate data and ensure alignment. Through collaborative sessions, we identified key gaps in data collection and established practical steps to address them going forward. To enable consistent year-on-year progress tracking, we developed tailored carbon calculators to complement internal systems. The project also focused on up-skilling teams across the business, embedding knowledge and creating clear, repeatable processes to support the overarching goal of reliable and accurate carbon reporting.
